"Delivery was fine, just ran late"
I use Giant delivery when I’m too busy to get to the store. Groceries were all good, and the driver was nice too, but my order showed up almost an hour after the delivery window. Not a huge disaster or anything, just kinda threw off my evening. I’d still use it again, just hope they get the timing a little better

"Actually accurate overall"
My Giant order was actually mostly right, which I appreciated. All the main items were there, and the produce looked like what I had picked out. One thing came in a different size than I ordered, but it wasn’t a big deal. Pickup was easy too. I’d give it 4 stars since the accuracy was good, just not totally perfect...

"Produce can be a little hit or miss"
I mean, sometimes the fruit is really fresh and tastes great, but other times the berries seem to go bad quickly. The veggies are usually fine, but I do wish they’d check the produce a bit more carefully.

"Sale prices rang up right"
So... I was happy to see the deals actually matched the shelf tags when I checked out. Everything rang up correctly, and there was no hassle at all.

"Usually Good, Except When It Isn’t"
The meat is usually fresh, and the seafood counter is decent too. I did get one pack of chicken once that was... not exactly a highlight, let’s just say that. But overall, the quality has been good for the price, so I keep coming back. Fingers crossed, I guess.

"Helpful pharmacy, just a short wait"
I’ve used this pharmacy before and they’ve always been good. This time they helped me out just fine, though I did have to wait a little bit. Overall, still a good experience.

"I had a nice checkout..."
I had a nice checkout experience here, mostly because the cashier was genuinely friendly and made the whole thing feel easy and relaxed. Even though there was a line when I got there, it actually moved along quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The cashier was polite, upbeat, and just had a nice attitude, which makes a difference when you’re trying to get in and out without any hassle.

"Rewards feel like more hassle than they should be"
I shop at Giant often, so I wanted to make good use of the rewards on giantfoodstores.com, but it’s been more frustrating than helpful. Sometimes my points don’t show up when I expect them to, and a few deals have vanished before I even got a chance to use them.

Customer service did help me once, which I appreciated, but it still feels like customers are being asked to do too much work for small savings. A rewards program should feel fair and trustworthy, not like you have to keep checking and chasing things down. It’s not awful, just annoying enough that I don’t really count on it anymore

"I had a hard time finding what..."
I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on the site. The navigation feels messy, and I kept clicking around without really getting anywhere. I also expected someone to follow up after I reached out, but I never heard back, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Not worth the hassle today"
I came in expecting at least a little help, but the staff barely stepped in at all. I ended up having to track everything down myself, which was frustrating and not really the kind of service I think is worth coming back for.

"Bakery is okay, but they don’t always follow through"
I stop by this bakery often, and most days the bread is fresh and good. The cakes are more hit or miss, though. What gets annoying is when they say something will be ready or promise a certain cake will be available, and then it isn’t. It’s not a terrible place, but I wish they’d be more consistent and not make promises they can’t keep

"prices are okay but not always the best"
i shop at giant every now and then, usually when it’s the most convenient option nearby. the prices are kind of hit or miss for me. some of the weekly deals are actually good, but a lot of the regular items can feel more expensive than what i’d pay at other stores.

i do like the rewards program and the coupons, but you really have to keep an eye on the app. if you don’t check before you shop, it’s easy to miss out on the better savings.
overall, it’s a decent store and i don’t mind going there, but it’s not usually my first choice for a big grocery trip if i’m trying to save the most money

"Ordering online was simple"
I hopped on the site and just assumed it would be straightforward, and it pretty much was. Finding what I needed was easy, and checkout went by fast. I did kind of assume the substitutions would be obvious too, but those could’ve been a little clearer.

"Felt dirty during my visit"
I stopped by earlier this week, and the store didn’t feel very clean. Right when I walked in, the floors felt sticky, and when I grabbed a cart, it looked gross too. I was only there for a quick shopping trip, but it definitely made the experience uncomfortable.

"Stock info feels unreliable"
I keep running into this issue where the site says things are in stock, but after I check out, a bunch of items get removed from the order. It’s really frustrating, especially when I’m planning meals and trying not to take chances on missing key ingredients. If I’m counting on basics being there for pickup, I need the stock info to be more accurate.

"Couldn’t get anyone to respond"
I tried reaching out to customer service twice about an issue with my order and never got a real response. I even had my sister try calling with me at one point, but the phone wait was ridiculously long and the email reply just never came. It felt like nobody was checking messages at all. Super frustrating when all you need is a simple answer.

"Always Missing the Basics"
I do like shopping here from time to time, but lately the stock situation has been REALLY frustrating. The website will show things as available, and then when my order is processed, half of it gets removed. It’s especially annoying when it’s basic stuff like milk, bread, or cat food. Pickup itself is usually fine, but I just can’t really count on the product availability anymore.

"Checkout was quick, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The checkout itself was super fast and I didn’t run into any weird delays, which was nice. it was easier than I expected. The only thing that bothered me was that when I had a quick question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually helped.
